Tailored k9 Grooming and Training offer amazing experiences for dogs of any background! Does your dog have behavioral tics you'd like to work on, perhaps they shut down around other dogs, or you simply want help getting them bathed, fresh, and clean? Mistie Badders and her crew are here to help you! They're located in Rigby. I've met several of her clients who shared their pet was afraid of the groomer, until they entrusted their pet with Mistie's team. Now their dogs love going to get groomed! If that doesn't speak volumes for their handling skills & patience, nothing will. Dog training classes are often hosted in Idaho Falls. Mistie & Megan have helped me and my dog Ranger tremendously during his training journey and we can personally recommend their expertise! Mistie has also boarded our dogs while we travel.

SPLASH Self Serve Pet Spa & Pet Supplies

Tina is the proud owner of our only local pet store, SPLASH! You can bring your dog here for a self wash bath, and they're always a step away to help you load them into the tub, get familiar with the set up, and even provide nail trims if needed! Always clean, fresh towels, and help. This isn't like the other dog washes where you have a dirty space, no help, and it's loud and scary. Our dogs love it at Splash! Especially since they get an ice cream after their bath! They're great at remembering you and your pup too. They know Ranger's name, and it really feels personal every time we step in. Splash helps keep our small town charm alive!

Scotch Pines Dog Training

Sarah with Scotch Pines was the very first dog trainer we worked with in Idaho Falls. She helped Ranger get his basic obedience set. He had to relearn how to do his commands without treats, because he was stubborn (and wanted them all the time). It was a huge learning curve to see him learn and grow through class! If your dog is enrolled, you may see us. As a graduate, you can drop in on group classes for life, so we go to refresh!

Ranger passed his Canine Good Citizen help thanks to Chris and the team at k9 Elite!

Our main reason for enrolling Ranger with Chris, was he was too interested in our cats. We had hit a wall, can could not move forward on our own. Ranger wanted to topple the cats over, lay on them, essentially play with them like big dogs.

We started with foundational work of ‘place’ and ‘leave it’, once those were solid, we were able to work with the cats. We brought our cat to the training building so Chris could observe Ranger’s body language and let us know if it was playful versus aggressive. And gave us homework on how to help them integrate. Now our cats can be out supervised with Ranger, and they even touch feet when sleeping on the sofa! And Ranger asks the cats for kisses, which they give on his ears! Highly recommend them for hard to train skills like reducing prey drive.

Lily and Kellie are two of the sweetest humans you will ever meet! They are a mother and daughter team who make custom creations for your pets. From beaded collars, to bandannas, bow ties, bows, you name it! Their support team, Milo and Hazel (pups) are always nearby and attend local events with them. Need a place to relax and unwind, grab a bite and beer WITH your pup? Look no further! Hop's N Paws is the first brewery dog park in Idaho Falls. The owner Mandi and office manger Jill adore meeting and greeting all the visiting pups! Your dog may even luck out and play with the namesake Hops while visiting. Our dog enjoys jumping and running through the various play items out in the yard!
