Rebekah Atwood

Model/MUA: Rebekah Atwood
Tattoo Artist: David Grey
Background: Spray painted by Moi

The Frankenstein’s Bride tattoo you see pictured is incomplete, but nevertheless looks amazing! Tattoo artist David Grey has done a great job so far. Below are images from the rest of our shoot. Rebekah is easy to work with and is on her way to being a stylish pinup model! While we were shooting I misplaced my wide angle lens in the field… yeah that one with the grass up to my hip… I found it luckily but I felt so hopeless while I was looking for it. I acquired a spider bite from this venture but it was well worth the images, pft, it was just a grass spider. Thank goodness I didn’t see him bite me, I would’ve lost my composure, haha.

LSU Farms- The Intimate Side

Cujo, a Greet Pyrenees, is a Livestock Guardian Dog who watches over the goats at the LSU goat unit. Cujo was introduced to these goats as a puppy so he was able to imprint on them. He’s bonded with them so closely that he is affectionate and protective over them as if they were his family. When I walked over to the goat pen to take this picture Cujo began barking and the goats all ran inside of the pen he then plopped down in front of them and stared at me. As if warning me to stay away from his family. He’s by far the most interesting and well trained dog I’ve met to date. He’s kinda cute as well.:)
Below are images of ‘Office Pig’, the runt Mrs. Rebecca took in 2-3 weeks ago. He’s doing much better as you can see and is a spoiled king. He’ll follow Mrs. Rebecca around and oinks and squeals when he’s hungry… notice his super adorable pig bed. Ahhh he’s going to retire out in the field with Viola and Puddin’ once he grows large enough.

YELP’s Yappy Halloween Run

At 2:10pm on Saturday, October 30th, I stumbled upon Yelp’s Facebook Fan page. The flyer posted on the site exclaimed, “Yelp’s Halloween Run!” and advertised costumes, free drinks, dog costumes, etc to begin at 3:00pm! I instantly called my dad and little sister and we headed on over. In the rush, we didn’t think to dress up our Yorkie Koda and bring him along. I’m sure he would’ve enjoyed it much more than staying at home, but there’s always next year!

I also forgot to bring my business cards, lesson learned.:)
I ran into many friedly animal lovers wanting me to photograph their pets at later dates. Again, forgot the business cards, argh. I had a blast photographing these little doggies. I felt I captured their personalities within my frame, which is quite a success. I primarly shot at an aperture of f1.8-2.8 with the Canon 50mm lens at ISO 800 or 1600 due to the low light. Enjoy these little guys!
